I bought SCRT on gate.io a long time ago. I would like to transfer my coins to KPLR wallet. However gate.io does not offer withdrawal addresses. Whats going on? Is there anyway to get the coins off this exchange?
Once they fix their wallet and start pointing to secret-3 you will be able to withdraw

Unfortunately Gate.io hasn’t yet upgraded to the secret-3 chain. As far as I’m aware, the only exchanges that have upgraded at this time are binance and mandala.
To get around this, you could transfer funds to binance or mandala and withdraw from there, but that’s a pretty cumbersome solution if you don’t already have an account with them.
