Transfer error, please help

Hi, I have a problem that is that 3 days ago I made an SCRT withdrawal through the Secret network that never came. In Binance it says that the transaction was completed, and in Secretnodes it gave me an error. I spoke to more than 6 people from Binance support and they couldn’t fix the problem for me. I need to know if someone can help me

Only Binance can help you, but as their wallet is currently in maintenance I guess their support also have their hands on their back.

Showing them the failed tx hash should be enough for them to realize funds are back in their wallet.
