Apologies if I missed this already but are there any details on how to setup and run a node?
I understand the git repos are available however just need some pointers/confirmation (e.g. do I just run enigma-core+enigma-p2p? How would it connect to the testnet etc).

Hi @Iain (and welcome to the dev forum!)
The released repos are each individual component that makes up the network, but they are not connected. A dockerized environment which brings all the components together is still undergoing testing-- when this is released, there will be clear instructions for local developer deployment.
