Based on the 2022-Q2 Validator Survey I’d like to present the updated version of the CCBL:
Main changes to the previous version (proposal #71):
- Increased maximum SCRT budget to 25k SCRT
- Added 4 new projects and removed the 2 that were already completed
- Increased lienency for individual devs with regards to the 1 month timeline
