Additional 20M premine dilutes existing holders?
20M is going to form another large slush fund without on-chain governance? Run by same people as foundation.
Just like the foundation tax, the stated purpose is extremely vague. Does this fund go to a privately held account like the secret foundation?
Funds will be given to “serious teams and companies” at enigma/foundation’s discretion.
So the existing “community fund” and on-chain governance is just a toy for the peasants and this new fund is for “serious teams”?
I would love to be set straight here as to why this actually, in fact, a decentralized and community-driven project. What am I missing here?
