This proposal is for the continued on chain funding of the testnet team; myself, Alex, and all other capable mainnet validators.
Thanks to a favourable exchange rate and 5% buffer, we ran for an extra month, as we’ve done most quarters in the past.
The charter and budget is unchanged for the coming quarter.
