The proposal as outlined above will be split into two following a community anonymous poll conducted by @pmuecke.
- The 0% tax proposal is now live (Interchain Explorer by Cosmostation) - including setting the Terra Builders fund Tax to 0% as well
- The Agency allowance to spend leftover SCRT will come as a signalling proposal early next week to allow for a longer discussion and feedback period.

Instagram content could be effective especially by highlighting IRL events, the platform is ideal for photographic media and short reels.
The format of insta is quite similiar to TikTok however. So in taking on one it makes sense to take on the other.
The “copy” can be used with minimal changes to each.
That said, people using tiktok are not privacy focused people. It’s one of the most privacy invasive applications you can use. So our mission being pushed there is…at odds with platform itself.
That said, tiktok is a platform that most of the younger generation uses and prefers, and could be very effective in getting viral views and engagement as well as bringing young blood into the community. It does have a pretty solid crypto community.
I would use an old burner phone to manage that account tho haha. And you are right when you say there is no SCRT account yet, it would need to be created.
This idea does coincidence with something I have been wating to do, which is get more short video content pushed out. The type that you see on insta and tiktok. Quick easy viewing.
It would divert attention or create new hours since the format is quite different than that of Twitter and Reddit content. And I do not think that dropping either Twitter or Reddit is a good idea. Not even a little bit.
Our metrics on socials fell pretty badly at the end of last year and into the beginning of this year.
But with recent changes, they are moving up very solidly, and wasting the effort put into that would be ill advised IMO.
Twitter is still the best single platform for crypto marketing/engagement.
