Abstract
- The Shockwave Omega upgrade is scheduled for December 13th, and will include wasm3 to improve the tps and gas efficiency as well as re-enable registration of nodes.
- Sienna and Blizzard are expected to also put forward L1 incentive proposals in the near future. Blizzard will likely be last as they plan to incorporate the feedback received by Shade thus far.
- StarShell is seeking to fund an audit by Certik through the community pool. The community appears to only support this because StarShell is infrastructure and widely considered to be an essential aspect of our future user experience. No secret contracts are involved in the planned audit.
- The SNIP-1155 IBC Upgrade proposal amongst others aims to create custom messages which will allow dApps on other chains to interact with these contracts through IBC. These custom IBC messages are more important than transfers as these contracts are more likely to be integrated in dApps.
- Secret University presented their platform that will soft launch this week at https://scrt.university/ aimed to improve onboarding of developers and dev experience.
