Intel SGX Fuse Key0, a.k.a. Root Provisioning Key Was Extracted by Researchers

I just saw SGX and I have no idea if it affects anything on Secret Network

Concerning the SGX vulnerability and general TEE FUD going around.

First off, vulnerabilities and bugs happen in tech. It is what it is, and always will be.

That said, while it may impact some blockchain based technologies, it does not impact Secret Network (at least nothing has come to light that would indicate such)

The vulnerability affects deprecated machines in 3 series
Apollo Lake
Gemini Lake
Gemini Lake Refresh
All three are EOL (end of life)

Secret Network techstack uses enterprise grade machines. Primarily from the XEON series. The impacted series are not compatible with validator and node requirements.

If I find anything to the contrary, I will share it as soon as possible.
