# Running on MacBook Pro 2017

I know you said in the docs ([https://enigma.co/protocol/GettingStarted.html](https://enigma.co/protocol/GettingStarted.html)) that Macs won’t work (as mentioned in [https://github.com/ayeks/SGX-hardware](https://github.com/ayeks/SGX-hardware), they have SGX support but there’s no way to turn it on in bios).

But I tried to run the docker image anyway, and execute the CoinMixer example, and… it did not explode 😃 Does it mean it worked? I have no idea 😃
