# Please help me swap

I’ve followed directions and I am stuck. I’ve connected my Ledger and I can log into MEW and see my ENG tokens. My next step is to connect MEW or my ledger to MetaMask? I can’t find anywhere on MEW where I can connect the two. Maybe after I figure this out, I’ll be able to figure the rest out.
